Privacy Policy — Nut Sort 3D (Unity)

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Guangzhou Thirteen Floors Space Technology Co., Ltd ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application Nut Sort 3D (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Advertising ID (GAID/IDFA) — used for advertising and ad measurement.
Device information — device model, operating system and version, manufacturer, screen resolution, and other technical identifiers.
Usage data — gameplay metrics, session length, actions within the app, crash reports and analytics events for product improvement and analytics.
IP address — collected by our servers and third‑party advertising/analytics SDKs; may be used to infer a coarse location (country or city level) for ad targeting and analytics.

Note: We do not request or collect precise device location (GPS). We do not access device location APIs (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION) in the App.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

Deliver and personalize advertisements within the App.
Measure, analyze and optimize ad performance and user acquisition campaigns.
Improve and maintain the App, perform analytics and debugging.
Respond to user support requests.

4. Third Parties

We use third‑party services and SDKs (for example: advertising networks and analytics providers) that may collect information as described above. Examples include but are not limited to AdMob, Unity Ads, AppLovin, and Facebook Audience Network. 5. Data Retention

We retain collected data for as long as necessary to provide the App’s services, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

6. Your Choices

You can control advertising personalization by resetting or opting out of the advertising identifier on your device (GAID on Android, IDFA on iOS) through device settings. You can also limit ad tracking where supported by your device.

7. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security safeguards to protect information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.

8. Children

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we collected information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such data.

9. International Transfers

Data may be processed in countries other than your own. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of information to countries where our service providers operate.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above. Continued use of the App after changes constitute acceptance of the updated policy.
